Danforth Neighbourhood Dental Centre

Prior to entering into the dental field, Dr. Marie Syriopoulos attended Queen’s University. She graduated undergrad with not only a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree with Distinction but also the Gold Medal in Biology and Psychology.


Dr. Syriopoulos further went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Western University.  Her passion of learning and commitment to dental skills earned her several awards at Western, including the Toronto Crown and Bridge Study Club Award, the Dr. Sam Ioannidis Memorial Award, the International College of Dentists Award, the Oral Pathology Award, and the American Academy of Orofacial Pain Award. Her studies culminated with the Western University Gold Medal in Dentistry. 


Having returned to her hometown of Toronto, Dr. Syriopoulos cannot wait to continue to connect with her patients, develop her skills, and make a positive impact at Danforth Neighbourhood Dental Centre. 



When she is not at the dental office, Dr. Syriopoulos is never too far from her collection of guitars and sneakers. She is a huge sports fan, and enjoys athletic hobbies, including pickleball and rock climbing.
